Welcome to Sakhrcall. By using our platform and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Sakhrcall services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you represent a company or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Service Description
Sakhrcall is a cloud communications management platform that enables businesses to manage calls, WhatsApp Business, call recording, and AI analysis. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to ongoing change and development.
3. Subscription & Payment
Subscription fees are paid in advance according to the selected plan. Fees paid are non-refundable except in cases specified in the refund policy. The Company may modify prices with at least 30 days' prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Use of the platform for unlawful purposes, sending spam, or violating others' privacy is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and assets on the platform are the exclusive property of Sakhrcall or licensed to it. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
6. Data Confidentiality
Each party agrees not to disclose the other party's confidential information to third parties. Your customer data remains your property, and Sakhrcall acts as a data processor solely according to your instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sakhrcall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service or its unavailability. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid to us in the month preceding the incident.
8. Service Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. After that, you may request to export your data within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
